Biography


Dr. Moosa Fateel is an Assistant Professor of Educational Administration in the Department of Educational Studies at the Bahrain Teachers College at the University of Bahrain. He teaches courses in Action Research in Leadership for Teachers, Effective Teaching Strategies, Curriculum Design, and Practical Training. He holds a PhD in Education from the Lebanese University in 2016. He is interested in research in educational administration, teacher preparation, evaluation, and educational reform. He has published in many international peer-reviewed and internationally indexed journals. Dr. Fateel is a member of the editorial board of many international peer-reviewed journals and a reviewer in many international journals. Dr. Fateel has been a board member of the Bahrain Society for Human Resources Management since 2020 and chair of its Research and Publications Committee since 2018.

Biography


Dr. Moosa Fateel is an Assistant Professor of Educational Administration in the Department of Educational Studies at the Bahrain Teachers College at the University of Bahrain. He teaches courses in Action Research in Leadership for Teachers, Effective Teaching Strategies, Curriculum Design, and Practical Training. He holds a PhD in Education from the Lebanese University in 2016. He is interested in research in educational administration, teacher preparation, evaluation, and educational reform. He has published in many international peer-reviewed and internationally indexed journals. Dr. Fateel is a member of the editorial board of many international peer-reviewed journals and a reviewer in many international journals. Dr. Fateel has been a board member of the Bahrain Society for Human Resources Management since 2020 and chair of its Research and Publications Committee since 2018.
