I am assistant professor of education at Bahrain Teachers College at the University of Bahrain in the department of Math, Science, and ICT. My degree is in curriculum and instruction from the University of North Texas. I am currently teaching courses STEAM education for early childhood pre-service teachers as well as supervising students and teaching courses in the PGDE program. Previously I had worked at Effat University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for 6 years primarily teaching research method courses as well as environmental science courses in the general education department. I am leading a research team at BTC working on translating Bloom's taxonomy into Arabic for teacher preparation programs across the Arab world.Areas of Expertise
