Dr. Rayenne Dekhinet is an Assistant Professor at Bahrain Teachers College. She has extensively been involved in course design, delivery and assessment throughout her years in BTC. She also chaired and contributed to many committees including those related to Quality Assurance, Staff Development and Research. Her expertise is in teaching English as a Second Language through projects either face-to-face or online. Her research interest includes ESL teaching and learning, ICT in Education, 21st century Education, PBL, Teacher Education, Pre-school language development & Collaboration. She has published a book and many articles in reputed international journals as well as disseminated research findings in local and international conferences. Before joining BTC, she taught international students in the Academic Teaching Unit as well as worked as a research officer in AMEE in the University of Dundee in Scotland, UK.
