Dr. Osama Al Mahdi is an assistant professor in Bahrain Teachers College (BTC) at the University of Bahrain and he is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) in the United Kingdom. He received his master degree in Primary Education from the University of Bahrain in 2001, and his Ph.D. in Education from the University of Bristol, UK in 2009. His area of expertise includes primary education, teacher training and professional development, educational leadership, and home-school relationships. His publications include many journal articles, international conference proceedings, edited books, and book chapters.
